Who takes the payment

BookMyRail BD does not collect or hold your money. When you confirm a booking, you pay the ticket fare directly to Bangladesh Railway through the official bKash payment link. We never touch your card or wallet.

Our service fee

BookMyRail BD is currently free to use — we do not charge a booking or convenience fee. If that ever changes, any BookMyRail fee and its refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

Ticket refunds & cancellations

• Because the fare is paid to and held by Bangladesh Railway, all ticket refunds and cancellations follow Bangladesh Railway's official rules, including their cut-off times and service charges.
• We cannot issue a refund for a railway fare, because we never received that money.
• To cancel or refund a ticket, use the official Bangladesh Railway e-ticket system (eticket.railway.gov.bd) or a railway counter, per their policy.

Unconfirmed / unpaid holds

A seat we hold for you is only reserved for a few minutes. If you do not complete the OTP and bKash payment, the hold is released automatically and no charge is made. You can also cancel a pending hold from the app.

Failed or duplicate payments

If bKash debits you but the ticket does not confirm, that transaction is between you, bKash, and Bangladesh Railway — contact bKash and the railway support with your transaction ID. We're happy to help you locate the booking details on your account.
